The Minnesota Timberwolves have ended their 11-game losing streak against the Memphis Grizzlies by notching a 101-93 win against the hosts at the FedExForum.
The visitors had two big performers in the shape of Nikola Pekovic and Kevin Love to thank, with the former scoring his side's final six points to give them victory.
Love made the highest contribution for the Timberwolves having bagged 30 points, while Pekovic backed him up with a further 19 points and five boards on the night.
The home side's resistance came from Mike Conley who found 28 points, with Zach Randolph also scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds.
However, their contribution was not enough as the Timberwolves focused on the elusive centre Pekovic in the final stages and he was able to help deliver a slender victory for the travellers.
Despite their victory, Minnesota are still fourth in the Northwest Division with a record of 12-12.
