New York Knicks point guard Jose Calderon has insisted that the club will fare a lot better than their display in the 2014-15 season in the new campaign.
The Knicks won just 17 games over the course of the season, posting the worst record in the history of the franchise.
Calderon is adamant that he and his teammates are determined to reverse the fortunes of the club ahead of the 2015-16 season.
"A lot of bad things happened last year," Calderon told the New York Post. "We'll win more than 17 games and we'll try to win every game.
"I'm real excited we can do great things, but talking about the playoffs, it's too early. You don't talk playoffs a few weeks before training camp."
Calderon was limited to 42 matches for the Knicks last season due to a spate of injuries.
