Kevin Durant could return to the Oklahoma City Thunder team within the next couple of weeks, according to coach Scott Brooks.
The 2014 NBA MVP, who has missed 36 games this season with foot and ankle injuries, had surgery last month to replace a screw in his right foot.
Brooks told reporters that Durant "is progressing" in training but he isn't ready to return for tonight's game with the Los Angeles Clippers and may miss a further four games.
The 26-year-old is averaging 25.4 points a game so far this season.
