Kevin Durant has said that Russell Westbrook plays with an "intensity" for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The guard, who recently returned from a knee injury, scored 24 points during the team's 106-98 win over the Houston Rockets last night.
Durant, who was the team's leading scoring during the victory with 42, told reporters: "He just went out there and played to win. That's how Russell always plays, with an edge, with that intensity, and tonight was no different."
The Thunder sit second in the Western Conference, level on wins with the San Antonio Spurs, but having played one game more.
