Sports Mole rounds up all the action from Friday evening's games in the NBA.

The Denver Nuggets have recorded back-to-back losses after being beaten by the Boston Celtics.

Jordan Crawford led the Celtics with 22 points, while Kris Humphries scored double digits for the first time this season as the home side opened up a controlling lead in the first quarter, which was enough to seal the victory.

The New York Knicks continued their resurgence, crushing the Orlando Magic by 38 points.

Having ended their nine-game losing streak earlier this week, the Knicks surged to their first home win in seven outings, with Carmelo Anthony leading the team with 20 points.

The Houston Rockets teamed their dominant offense with a strong defensive performance to beat the Golden State Warriors.

The Rockets restricted the visitors' ability to score in the first quarter while opening up a 19-point lead, with James Harden ending the game with 34 points.

The Charlotte Bobcats thrashed the Philadelphia 76ers, who have won just once away from home so far this season.

Jeffrey Taylor, who filled in for the injured Michael Kidd-Gilchrist at small forward, matched his career-high score of 20 points as the hosts dominated the second and fourth quarters to open up their 17-point winning margin.

A dominant first-half performance from the Atlanta Hawks helped the team clinch a 108-98 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Kyle Korver set a new league record for most games with a three-point basket, while Al Horford added 22 points for the home side.

The Portland Trail Blazers extended their winning streak to four games by thrashing the Utah Jazz.

The hosts broke numerous league and franchise shooting records on their way to the 32-point victory, as LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard led the scoring.

The Los Angeles Lakers defended hard late on to secure a win over the Sacramento Kings.

The visitors had trailed heading into the fourth quarter, but they restricted their opponents to just 13 points in the last 12 minutes of the game to take the win.

The Oklahoma City Thunder continued to frustrate the New Orleans Pelicans, clinching their ninth-straight win over the side.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined to score 54 points, while a strong defensive effort in the second half curtailed the home side's attempts at a comeback.

The Toronto Raptors slipped to their fifth defeat in a row in their meeting with the Phoenix Suns.

Markieff Morris made his first 11 shots of the night on his way to a 25-point game, while Eric Bledsoe chipped in with 19.

The Milwaukee Bucks needed overtime to secure a win over the Washington Wizards, clinching just their second win away from home this season.

The visitors dominated the first half before the Bucks fought back to level the scores after the break, but Brandon Knight made the difference in overtime, after Khris Middleton had led the team during regulation.
