The New York Knicks have beaten the Detroit Pistons 102-87 in tonight's NBA showdown at the O2 Arena in London.
New York, who enjoyed much of the support from the sell-out crowd, were dominant throughout the Eastern Conference encounter.
Carmelo Anthony topscored for the Knicks with 26 points, while Will Bynum chipped in with 22 points for a disappointing Detroit side.
The Knicks looked comfortable in the first quarter, with Carmelo Anthony notching up 11 points to give them a 29-17 advantage.
New York continued to stifle the Pistons in the second and Amar'e Stoudemire was in the thick of the action as his side extended their lead to 56-41 at half time.
However, Detroit staged a fightback at the start the third quarter and managed to whittle the opposition's lead down to just four points.
The Knicks had the final say, though, as a late flourish gave them a 75-63 lead heading into the last quarter.
Detroit had plenty of chances to reduce the deficit in the fourth, but they were made to pay as New York did enough to seal the triumph.
