Spurs Sports and Entertainment have revealed that the air conditioning problem that plagued game one of the NBA Finals has now been fixed.
The San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat played out their opening fixture under intense heat at the AT&T Center, with the Spurs taking a 1-0 lead in the series following a 110-95 victory.
It is thought that temperatures in the arena rose to around the mid-80s, as Heat forward LeBron James left the game with almost four minutes remaining after he cramped up in the conditions.
Game two gets underway on Sunday, with officials at the venue stating that the issue has been repaired, tested and the system is now "fully operational".
