Tony Parker has said that "adrenaline" helped him lead the San Antonio Spurs to a win over the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA playoffs last night.
The point guard was carrying an ankle sprain and had not slept following the birth of his first son in the early hours of the morning, but was the team's top scorer during the 109-103 victory.
He told reporters: "It was crazy, [because] it happened last night, late. I didn't sleep. I basically didn't sleep the whole night and just played on adrenaline today. I'm a happy man right now."
The Spurs need just one more win for a place in the Western Conference semi-finals.
