Gregg Popovich's side had contributions from all over in the win, with Tiago Splitter the top-scorer despite only having 14 points to his name.
Reigning Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard had 12 points and nine rebounds as the Spurs won by double figures for the second game in a row since his return from injury.
For the Jazz, who suffered their ninth consecutive defeat at the AT&T Center against San Antonio, Rudy Gobert had 13 points and a career-high 18 rebounds.
The Spurs now have a three-game winning streak and remain in seventh place in the Western Conference.
