The Utah Jazz have reportedly identified John Stockton as a potential candidate to fill their coaching vacancy.
The 52-year-old spent 19 years as a point guard with the team, and was inducted into the sport's Hall of Fame in 2009.
According to ESPN, the Jazz have a list of 20 candidates, but are particularly keen to reach out to Stockton over the position.
Tyrone Corbin left the team last month after being informed that his contract would not be renewed.
