Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal made his comeback from injury against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night.
Beal had missed the first nine games of the season due to a broken left wrist which he sustained early in October which required surgery.
Despite only beginning practice earlier this week, Beal led the Wizards with 21 points in 26 minutes on 9-for-17 shooting from the field and he also hit three three-pointers.
The 21-year-old entered the game off the bench in the first quarter and he was greeted by a standing ovation from the home crowd.
However, Washington went on to lose the game 105-102 to the Mavericks as they fall to 7-3 for the season.
