Washington Wizards point guard John Wall has said that he is delighted to have gone over .500 for the first time in his career.
The 23-year-old scored 22 points in his side's 100-90 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers at the Verizon Center on Monday.
"It's only one game over, but yeah it's a big relief," NBA.com quotes him as saying.
"We've got bigger goals to try to keep winning games and try to not to go back down so we won't have to have this talk again."
The Wizards are currently fifth in the Eastern Conference.
