Australia boxer Andrew Moloney has said that Scotland have done "an amazing job" in hosting the Commonwealth Games after winning gold in Glasgow on Saturday.
Moloney overcame Muhammed Waseem in the flyweight division to secure first place on the podium in front of close to 11,000 spectators.
"The atmosphere was unbelievable. Scotland have done an amazing job with these Commonwealth Games," he told Sports Mole after picking up his gold medal.
"The last venue was probably the best stadium I have fought in and then they go and top it with here. The crowd and venue were huge. I came out and had goosebumps. Unbelievable."
Moloney also vowed to "have a few drinks" to celebrate.
Moloney beat Waseem on points to claim the gold.
