China's Zou Shiming has guaranteed himself at least a bronze medal thanks to a victory over Kazakhstan's Birzhan Zhakypov.
Zou ended the first round strongly, but the scores remained level at 3-3. He tagged the Kazakh with a few right hands in the second to take a two-point lead.
Zhakypov took the front foot in the final round and landed with some great shots as the time ebbed away.
Despite a late onslaught, the judges felt that Chinese fighter did enough to hang for a 13-10 win.
