Nicola Adams believes that she has "grown massively" since winning Olympic gold in 2012.
The Team England boxer is currently competing in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and booked her spot in the semi-finals of the competition with victory over Erandi de Silva on Wednesday.
Adams said that she has grown as a person and a boxer in the last two years and also believes that women's boxing has benefited from greater exposure.
"I have grown massively since then and I think I have really grown into my technique and my style. We are working on new things all the time and everything seems to be going well at the moment," she told reporters.
"I think [boxing] has grown massively, I know from after the Olympics it increased by 50% so hopefully everybody is seeing the Commonwealth Games and there will be more girls and guys getting involved."
Adams will face Canada's Mandy Bujold in the semi-finals on Friday.
