Katie Taylor's next opponent has acknowledged that facing the Irishwoman will be tough but claims that she is more than capable of beating her.
Speaking after beating Zinaida Dobrynina, Azerbaijani Yana Alekseevna was full of confidence about her upcoming women's lightweight fight on Friday.
"In this fight I needed to be a bit crafty and to act smart," Alekseevna told reporters. "You always have mistakes, I am not a super master, but I have done everything told me by my coach.
"I'm not going to relax. I will fight till the end. I'm also not an easy rival. I'm so happy to fight for Azerbaijan. These spectators support you with all their heart and soul. It is such a big pleasure to prove to yourself and the spectators that you are the best."
Taylor progressed to the semi-final after beating Swede Ida Lundblad by a unanimous points decision.
