Ireland's Darren O'Neill has progressed to the round of 16 in the men's heavyweight competition at the European Games in Baku.
The 29-year-old was handed a unanimous points win over Romania's Ionut Jitaru, winning every round on all three judges' scorecards.
A knock-down in the second round ensured that Jitaru never came close to getting back on level terms after a slow start to the bout.
O'Neill will face Latvia's Raitis Sinkevics for a place in the quarter-finals on Sunday.
