Adam Booth has said that he is "so confident" in George Groves ahead of his world title fight with Carl Froch.
The domestic rivals will go head-to-head in late November or early December, with an exact date and venue yet to be confirmed.
Booth said that his fighter has come on leaps and bounds during his career and, despite just 19 professional fights, believes that he is ready for a shot at the 'Cobra'.
"George has developed immensely, not just technically but mentally and emotionally with the challenges he's had in front of him in the ring and in the gym," Booth told Sky Sports News.
"I would never accept a fight for a fighter of mine if I didn't truly believe - no sales spiel - truly believe he had what it took to win the fight.
"I feel so confident in George Groves right now that I can't wait for his fight against Carl. If people feel it's too soon for George, that's better for him because, when he wins, the light is going to be that much brighter on him."
Froch, who holds the IBF and WBA straps, defeated Mikkel Kessler in a 12-round fight in May.
