British lightweight Terry Flanagan has insisted that he is not concerned about the knockout record of Jose Zepeda ahead of their clash for the WBO title.
Zepeda has won 20 of his 23 professional fights by stoppage, but Flanagan, who is unbeaten in 27 contests, is confident of claiming the world crown in front of his home fans at the Manchester Velodrome.
The 26-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "He's a good fighter but the people he has taken out are not as good as me.
"Home advantage is important. It's going to be electric on the night and I would never have got it on points over in America. He's only ever been eight rounds twice and it will come down to who wants it most."
The WBO belt was made vacant after Terence Crawford opted to move up to the light-welterweight division.
