Carl Froch has admitted that he allowed George Groves to "rattle" him in their first clash last year, but claimed that he won't make the same mistake ahead of Saturday's rematch.
Groves floored 'The Cobra' in the first round of their meeting in November 2013, before the Nottingham fighter bounced back to stop his opponent in the ninth round.
At an open training session at Nottingham's Broadmoor shopping centre on Monday afternoon, Froch told Sky Sports News: "The first time I boxed George Groves, I let him get under my skin. He rattled me and he wound me up, that's not happened this time, and it's not going to happen.
"It's important to not to think about it too much. He may come and try and throw the kitchen sink at me at the press conference on Thursday, and he may have a trick up his sleeve.
"But if he's watching, you ain't going to get under my skin George, I'm ready for you, and I hope you're ready for it."
Froch is the current IBF and WBA world super middleweight champion.
