Tyson Fury will defend his world heavyweight titles against Wladimir Klitschko on July 9 in Manchester.
The British fighter's trainer Peter Fury took to Twitter to announce the date of the rematch, which was exercised by Klitschko following his defeat in Dusseldorf.
Fury surprised the boxing world by beating the Ukrainian unanimously on points in Germany in November, taking home the WBA Super, WBO and IBF belts.
An option of a rematch was written into the contract, and Klitschko was quick to take it once he lost his heavyweight crowns, and after months of negotiations a deal has been struck.
Fury will have the home advantage with the fight being in Manchester, but the venue is yet to be confirmed.
