The world heavyweight title fight between Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury will take place in Dusseldorf on October 24.
A purse bid to decide the venue of the bout had been scheduled to take place in Panama on Monday, but shortly before bids were made, a deal was struck between the two camps.
It has been decided that Fury will travel to Germany to try to dethrone the unified world champion, who last fought in Dusseldorf in 2010.
Fury became mandatory challenger for the WBO title last November, while the WBA, who ordered the purse bid, recently made Fury the mandatory challenger for their version of the world crown.
