George Groves will face WBO super-middleweight champion Robert Stieglitz in Germany on May 5.
The British and Commonwealth champion, who recently pulled out of a rematch with Kenny Anderson, was made mandatory challenger to the crown last last month.

Unbeaten Groves has not fought since November, when he knocked out former British champion Paul Smith inside two rounds.
