Former WBA heavyweight champion David Haye has announced that he will hold an open signing session in Manchester for his fans next month.
Haye has recently held two similar signing days at his gym in Vauxhall but has decided to extend the idea to the North West due to public demand.
The 'Hayemaker' declared that he is delighted to meet demand from his northern fanbase to hold a meet and greet at the That's Entertainment Store in Manchester on Saturday, February 2.
He said: "My two signing days in London showed me the fantastic loyalty and dedication of my fans. I felt it only right to respond to the hundreds of requests to do some signing days outside of London. I am coming to Manchester to thank all the fans in the North West for their superb support over the duration of my career.
"I will meet and greet the fans from 10 in the morning and if necessary, I will stay until the That's Entertainment Store closes. This will enable me to meet as many fans as possible.
"As with all my signings, I will be giving away a free signed photo to every fan I meet, there will also be a professional photographer on hand to take a picture which can be downloaded free from my website."
Haye recently insisted that he has not given up hope of fighting Vitali Klitschko this summer but will bring an end to his career if the fight does not happen.
