Amir Khan believes that victory over Luis Collazo this weekend will leave Floyd Mayweather Jr with no option but to agree to a fight.
Khan was in talks to collide with the unbeaten Mayweather before the American struck a deal with Marcos Maidana, and the Bolton-born fighter is eyeing an impressive display against Collazo in Las Vegas.
He told BoxNation: "If I put in a great performance [against Collazo], Floyd will have no other choice but to fight me.
"You box him with speed, movement, accuracy. You box him, you don't try to fight him. That's where most people go wrong.
"They think the way to beat Floyd Mayweather is to put constant pressure on him. The way to beat him is to box him, make him come forward and miss."
Both Mayweather's and Khan's fights take place at the MGM Grand in the early hours of Sunday morning.
