Floyd Mayweather Jnr has said that a fight with Manny Pacquiao "will never happen" because he refuses to do business with the Filipino's promoter Bob Arum.
The 36-year-old - unbeaten in 45 fights - has dates pencilled for in May and September next year, but has dismissed the possibility of stepping in the ring with the eight-division world champion.
"We all know the Pacquiao fight, at this particular time, will never happen, and the reason why the fight won't happen is because I will never do business with Bob Arum in life, and Pacquiao is Bob Arum's fighter," Mayweather told Fight Hype.
Mayweather comprehensively outpointed Saul Alvarez in September to add the Mexican's WBC light middleweight strap to his WBA Super title.
