The war of words have continued between Floyd Mayweather Jr and bantamweight martial arts star Ronda Rousey as the boxer laughed off recent digs at his earnings.
Rousey and Mayweather have never seen eye to eye and Rousey has publicly supported Mayweather's opponents, such as Manny Pacquiao, in the past.
"Big bank take little bank," Mayweather said in a statement that was posted on TMZ Sports. "Let's play and see how much money you got.
"Last time I checked I was #1 on Forbes."
Forbes later stated that Rousey, after defeating Alexis Davis and Cat Zingano in a combined 30 seconds of fighting, was in fact earning more per second fighting than Mayweather.
Mayweather is scheduled to defend his welterweight world title against Andre Berto on September 12 in Las Vegas.
