Olympic bronze medallist Anthony Ogogo has turned professional by signing a deal with Golden Boy Promotions.
The 24-year-old from Lowestoft adds his name to the list of British stars to fight under Oscar de la Hoya's promotion, which includes the likes of Amir Khan and Ricky Hatton.
Ogogo captured bronze in the middleweight division at London 2012, defeating the reigning world champion Ievgen Khytrov in the process.
He was believed to be struggling with the decision of whether to try for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, but now hopes to make his professional debut early in 2013.
