Manny Pacquiao has agreed to defend his WBO welterweight title against Timothy Bradley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on June 9.
The 33-year-old is now waiting on Bradley's promoter Top Rank to finialise the details.
Michael Koncz, Pacquiao's adviser, told ESPN.com: "From our end, the fight is done. I don't assume there will be a problem from the Bradley side.
"We came to terms with Top Rank on the fight and Manny has approved everything."
Negotiations over a potential bout between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jnr fell through when the fighters could not agree on a date.
