Tyson Fury announces that the second fight of his comeback will come against Italian Francesco Pianeta at Windsor Park in Belfast on August 18.

Tyson Fury has announced that the second fight of his comeback will be against Francesco Pianeta on August 18.

The 29-year-old spent more than two years away from boxing following his stunning victory over Wladimir Klitschko, only returning in June with a controversial triumph over Sefer Seferi.

Fury spent the opening stages of his return fight showboating to the crowd before his opponent was pulled out of the contest after four rounds, handing Fury the win.

However, promoter Frank Warren is confident that Fury will take his next bout more seriously when he faces the Italian at Windsor Park in Belfast.

"The ideal for us in Belfast would be to get some worthwhile rounds into Tyson," Warren wrote on his official website.

"I don't believe we will have him playing up to the crowd on this occasion because he will need to be more business-like in a riskier fight and also because of his desire to start putting a marker down once again in the heavyweight division.

"Tyson informs me that he has shifted a bit more weight since his first return and this fight is about continuing to nudge him towards optimum fitness, which is where he needs to be before he is really stepped up."

Fury remains unbeaten in his career, with a record of 26 wins from 26 fights.
