British heavyweight prospect Anthony Joshua made light work of beating Matt Skelton inside two rounds at Liverpool's Echo Arena.
The 2012 Olympic champion almost became embroiled in a brawl during the opening stages as the referee warned both fighters.
However, Joshua quickly settled in behind his jab and began to trouble Skelton, knocking him down during the second round.
The former British title holder made the count, but after a further barrage from his opponent, was stopped seconds after.
Afterwards, Joshua's manager Eddie Hearn confirmed that the 24-year-old will fight again on August 30 in Dublin as he steps up his push for a major title.
