European Games gold medallist Nicola Adams has revealed that she could carry on boxing until the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
Adams defeated Poland's Sandra Drabik to win the gold medal on Thursday to add to her Olympic and Commonwealth golds.
"I will go on as long as I have the love for boxing," Adams told the Evening Standard. "[GB boxing performance director] Rob McCracken wants me to stay on until Tokyo, so who knows? Floyd Mayweather is 38 and Carl Froch is 37.
"I will not be going as long as Bernard Hopkins, who is 50, but boxing is one of those sports that is about technique as well.
"You can have someone younger, faster but if you have got that experience and that ringcraft you can do anything in that ring."
Adams will be 36 at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
