Tom Stalker has continued Team GB's fine form in the Olympic boxing tournament with a hard-fought four-point victory over India's Manoj Kumar.
The Brit came out fast in the first round, taking the front foot with some swift combinations to the body and head. Kumar also looked in fine fettle, but fell 7-4 behind.
Stalker took a few risks in the second and traded toe to toe with the Indian. However, it worked to his advantage as he secured a 16-9 lead as they entered the final three minutes.
Kumar finished strongly and Stalker was having to hold on, but was still finding the target with some scoring shots.
In the end, the judges deemed that Kumar had won the final round 7-4, but that was not enough to eat away at his deficit.
