Nicola Adams has guaranteed herself an Olympic medal at the Rio Games thanks to a hard-fought victory over Ukraine's Tetyana Kob.
After receiving a bye in the first round, Great Britain's London 2012 gold medallist dominated the flyweight bout thanks to a classy display.
Adams will now take on either Canada's Mandy Bujold or China's Ren Cancan, whom she beat in the final four years ago, in this Olympiad's final four.
Olympic rules stipulate that beaten semi-finalists do not fight again, both receiving bronze medals.
Adams is aiming to become the first British boxer to retain an Olympic title for 92 years.
