Freddie Evans has knocked out Ukrainian world champion Taras Shelestyuk to book his place in the welterweight gold medal bout.
The fight started slowly, with Evans pushing the action while Shelestyuk circled the ring.
The Brit had opened up a three-point victory after the first round, but found the Ukrainian a different opponent in the second.
Shelestyuk began to come forward and affect the contest, but Evans did well to land the better shots and preserve his advantage.
Evans stayed on his toes and did not lose concentration in closing out a 11-10 victory.
