David Warner has been charged with breaking Cricket Australia's code of behaviour because of a series of angry tweets that he directed at two journalists.
The opening batsman, who is currently playing in the Indian Premier League for Delhi Daredevils, is now facing a hearing after taking objection to News Limited pair Robert Craddock and Malcolm Conn.
Cricket Australia said in a statement that Warner has been charged because of "unbecoming behaviour, regarding comments posted on his Twitter account."
The timing and the date of the hearing will be determined on Monday.
