England have been dismissed for 172 runs in their first innings of the second Ashes Test match against Australia.
The tourists headed into lunch on day three in Adelaide on 116-4 with Ian Bell and Ben Stokes on the crease on 29 and 0 respectively.
The Aussies stepped up their game soon after play resumed, with Mitchell Johnson dismissing Stokes with the score at 117-5.
Johnson struck again soon after, dismissing Matt Prior for a duck, with the England man edging a simple catch to Brad Haddin.
The 32-year-old then bowled a 93mph delivery that crashed the leg stump and forced Stuart Broad to leave the field.
The all-rounder failed to get a hat-trick, but he reduced England to 135-9 by first getting rid of Graeme Swann and then bowling out James Anderson in successive deliveries.
Johnson was once again disappointed in not being able to accomplish a hat-trick, but he had the last laugh as he bowled out Monty Panesar, finishing with figures of 7-40 and leaving Bell unbeaten on 72 and England 398 runs behind.
