England bowler Jake Ball has described his one-day international debut as "incredible" after claiming five wickets in the 21-run win over Bangladesh.
The tourists opened the series with a dramatic victory in Doha which saw Bangladesh collapse from 271-4 to 288 all out as they fell short of the 310-run target set by England.
Ball was largely responsible for that collapse having been drafted in as a late replacement for the injured Liam Plunkett, ending the match with figures of 5-51.
"Difficult conditions for my first game but I really enjoyed it, playing in front of a crowd like this on debut and to get a five-for has been incredible," Ball told reporters.
"The sort of situation of the game, the last spell was about coming in and hitting it hard and trying my best for the team."
The 25-year-old becomes the first England bowler to take five wickets on their 50-over debut.
