All-rounder Ben Stokes has been left out of the England squad for their Twenty20 internationals against Australia and India.
Mark Wood has also been rested for the four matches, but brothers Tom and Sam Curran have made the cut and bowler Jake Ball has earned a recall.
Batsman Jonny Bairstow and all-rounder Moeen Ali, who were rested for the winter T20 matches, have also returned to the 14-man lineup.
Stokes's involvement in the games was unlikely as he is still recovering from a torn left hamstring.
The 27-year-old will join up with his teammates while he continues his return to match fitness.
