England and Wales Cricket Board chief executive David Collier has insisted England coach Andy Flower is happy in his job.
Flower was reported to have turned down the Indian coaching position before it was offered to Duncan Fletcher.
"I think Andy made his position very clear when the Indian situation happened," Collier told BBC Radio Five Live.
"I think he is very settled in England and long may that continue. I think the whole of the backroom team is.
"We've developed a structure over five to 10 years now that has not only delivered plans but has leapfrogged countries in the world and we want to keep that team together."
England recently topped the ICC world Test rankings after going 3-0 up in their current series against India.
