England team director Andy Flower has revealed that he is not considering his future, despite rumours that he could stand down from his role.
Reports have emerged claiming that the 45-year-old could leave his coaching position after the return Ashes series in Australia following England's 3-0 win on home turf.
"I don't look too far ahead with regards to my own personal situation," Flower said in a press conference. "At the moment we're reflecting on a job well done by the players, they should feel very satisfied."
Meanwhile, the ECB have announced that managing director Hugh Morris is due to step down with immediate effect.
