Derbyshire bowler Mark Footitt is hopeful that he will be able to capture the attention of the England selectors this season.
Last term, the 29-year-old took 106 wickets across all formats, which earned him a place in the EPP's bowling camp in South Africa over the winter.
Injury forced him to leave that group early, but the former Nottinghamshire left-armer is eager to make another impression this time around.
"I think all I need to do is just start the session well. Just concentrate on starting well with Derbyshire and hopefully start the season by taking a lot of wickets," he told the ECB's official website.
"International cricket is massive and I think if you ask any county cricketer they would want to play for England. When you first start your main goal is to get up there and play cricket for England."
Footit claimed 82 wickets in the LV= County Championship in 2014, which was 10 more than any other bowler.
