Pakistan's openers started solidly as Mohammad Hafeez made 26 before being caught by Trott from the bowling of Jimmy Anderson.
Meanwhile, Imran Farhat hit an impressive 47 until he was run out by Stuart Broad.
Azhar Ali (31) and Younis Khan (5) both fell to the bowling of Samit Patel, while Umar Akmal hit a stubborn 21 before he was caught by Patel off Steve Finn as Pakistan set up a nervy finish.

As Pakistan's lower-end collapsed, Umar Gul (5) and Aiziz Cheema (1) were both bowled by Steve Finn as England claimed the win.
