Lendl Simmons lead a brief recovery for the home side, adding 70 of 98 balls, but a deceptive James Treadwell delivery saw him stumped.
After Simmons's departure, the West Indies managed to add just 14 runs with their final four wickets, as Treadwell and Stephen Parry ripped through the lower order, bowling the batting side out with almost six overs to spare.
England lost the opening match of the series on Friday.
