Youngsters Joe Weatherley and Mason Crane have signed two-year development contracts with Hampshire.
Batsman Weatherley and spin-bowler Crane, both of whom are 18, have primarily featured for the club's academy and second XI this season.
"I'm delighted to have signed and to be able to commit my future to Hampshire is great," Weatherley told the club's official website.
"The club have played a big role in my development and instilling that confidence to perform consistently at a high level. It was really great to then know that they have seen something in me."
Crane added: "This year has been important in terms of improving and working on my game and being involved with the first team has also been a great opportunity.
"Being able to learn and pick up things from the players and coaches has been great and hopefully that'll stand me in good stead to hopefully continue to contribute in the first team in the future."
The duo have both represented England at Under-19 level in the last 12 months.
