Indian fast bowler Ashish Nehra has declared that he is fit to play in the one-day international (ODI) series with England at the end of August.
Nehra fractured a finger during his country's World Cup semi-final win over Pakistan earlier this year, missing the Indian Premier League (IPL) season as a result.
The 32-year-old had been contracted to play for Sahara Pune Warriors during the IPL but was ruled out by the injury.
"Yes, I have submitted my fitness certificate for the upcoming T20 and ODI series in England," Nehra told PTI from Bangalore.
"I am 100% fit for the series and currently training in Bangalore."
India play England in a one-off Twenty20 match on Wednesday, August 31, which is followed by a five-match ODI series.
