India have taken four wickets in the morning session of day one of the second Test match to put Australia on the back foot in Hyderabad.
The tourists won the toss, but they were soon up against it as Bhuvneshwar Kumar dismissed both David Warner and Ed Cowan for six and four runs respectively.
Shane Watson entered the fray to score 23, but he too fell to the bowling of Kumar, who trapped him in front of his stumps to leave Australia on 57-3.
Ravichandran Ashwin, who was instrumental in India's victory in the first Test, got in on the act soon after, as he had Phillip Hughes caught behind for just six.
Australia require a captain's innings from Michael Clarke if they are to strike back in the afternoon session, and he began well in reaching lunch unbeaten on 20 as Australia made lunch on 83-4.
