India have secured a 4-0 series whitewash over Australia by winning the final Test match in Delhi with six wickets to spare.
A strong afternoon session with the ball saw the hosts restrict their opponents to 164 runs in their second innings, leaving themselves a target of 155 to win the Test.
Cheteshwar Pujara helped India to 72-1 by tea, putting the side in contention to reach the required total by the end of the third day.
The tourists were able to claim wickets in the evening session, but were unable to keep the run rate down, with Pujara reaching an unbeaten 82.
Nathan Lyon trapped Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar lbw, finishing the innings with figures of 2-71.
MS Dhoni joined Pujara at the crease to help ensure that India reached their target before the close of play to wrap up a series whitewash.
The result means that Australia have lost their last seven Tests on Indian soil.
