Andrew Flintoff has been included in the Lancashire Lightning starting lineup for this afternoon's T20 Blast encounter against Worcestershire.
The all-rounder retired in 2009, but he announced his return to action with his home county back in May of this year.
However, concerns over the 36-year-old's fitness meant that he was limited to turning out for the second XI until today.
