New Zealand all-rounder Corey Anderson has said that his side have work to do, after they failed to impress in their World Cup win over Scotland.
The Kiwis bowled the minnows out for just 142, but they struggled in their run chase and lost seven wickets on their way to a three-wicket win.
Anderson told reporters: "Scotland bowled pretty well on a wicket that started to slow up. I guess it doesn't matter if you win ugly it still counts as a win.
"You think you can take it down quickly and when you lose a couple of wickets it can become a bit of a roll. It was a good first half performance and the second probably needs a bit of work."
New Zealand next face England on Friday.
